ICYMI: WHITE HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE COORDINATOR MITCH LANDRIEU HIGHLIGHTS CRITICAL BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE LAW INVESTMENTS IN ORLANDO
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Last week, White House Infrastructure Coordinator Mitch Landrieu traveled to Orlando, FL, to highlight the ways the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law President Biden signed last year is delivering for Florida families – including by upgrading and modernizing Florida transit and airports. Landrieu was joined by state and local officials, residents, and union workers who thanked President Biden for his investments to strengthen their communities. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law includes $2.6 billion for Florida public transit and approximately $1.2 billion for Florida airports.
The Biden-Harris Administration continues to deliver historic Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding to communities across the country to rebuild and modernize America, replace lead pipes, improve roads and bridges, and invest in our clean energy future – all while creating millions of good-paying jobs that don’t require a college degree and making America more competitive in the 21st century.
Building Back Together launched a six-figure English and Spanish radio and billboard ad campaign last week highlighting Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding to expand affordable internet access and build a high-speed train connecting Orlando and Tampa.
