Anti-choice extremists nationwide continue advancing their agenda to restrict rights and freedoms and punish women and doctors

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, President Biden acted decisively, including to protect women’s right to travel across state lines to seek essential abortion care. Yesterday, Senate Republicans did the opposite – blocking legislation that would enshrine this right into law. Across the country, MAGA extremists continue to advance their extreme agenda to ban abortion nationwide, with no exceptions for rape or incest.

Senate Republicans blocked legislation yesterday that would have protected the rights of people like a 10-year-old Ohio rape victim who was forced to travel to Indiana to seek an abortion:
