IN THE STATES: PRESIDENT BIDEN IS LOWERING AMERICANS’ ENERGY COSTS THROUGH BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE LAW

New investments from POTUS’ historic infrastructure law are cutting home heating and cooling costs for American families

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Last week, President Biden announced $385 million in funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will be distributed to states to help families across the country afford to heat and cool their homes. This critical funding through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will help millions of Americans offset higher energy costs as a result of climate change. President Biden is laser-focused on lowering the cost of energy, housing, education, child and elder care, and other essential expenses for American families.
